RAW FOOD

I usually don’t put up pictures of food, but this one was way too good not to be shared. Totally hooked on Raw Food lately.

  

  1. Make some “noodles” out of zucchini and carrots. Soak them in a little bit of sea salt while making the sauses.
  2. TOMATO SAUS; tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes in oil, chili, bell pepper, fresh basil, chick peas, onion and garlic. Mix it all in a blender til it’s smooth.
  3. CURRY SAUS; cashew nuts, chili, cauliflower, tumeric, some squeezed lime, garlic, small amount of chick peas and a pinch of cinnamon. Also mix in blender, but only til it’s chopped. 

Serve with a half avokado and sprinkle with some spring onion.
