I usually don’t put up pictures of food, but this one was way too good not to be shared. Totally hooked on Raw Food lately.
- Make some “noodles” out of zucchini and carrots. Soak them in a little bit of sea salt while making the sauses.
- TOMATO SAUS; tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes in oil, chili, bell pepper, fresh basil, chick peas, onion and garlic. Mix it all in a blender til it’s smooth.
- CURRY SAUS; cashew nuts, chili, cauliflower, tumeric, some squeezed lime, garlic, small amount of chick peas and a pinch of cinnamon. Also mix in blender, but only til it’s chopped.
Serve with a half avokado and sprinkle with some spring onion.
