Back to Tokyo

Had to go back to Tokyo, and stayed on Shinjuku this time. Instant regret. I do like Shibuya a lot better.

But I did get to finally hang out with Moo! An amazing photograper from Tokyo I know theough the guys in Mayhem.

Did some shopping in Harajuku and Cat street, some beers, and met some new people. But I gotta say; Tokyo alone for 3 days was kinda lonely.

YOKOHAMA

We took the train from Nagano to Tokyo and then to Yokohama for attending Interstyle.

A pretty big convention for board and outdoor sports.

After running into some of my favorite skateboarders in the elevator and became startstruck as hell, it was time to run off and see my other big hero; Shige.

Always wanted to see his shop. Methim first time 10 years ago before I started tattooing. He has been one of my biggest inspirations since then.

This artwork is going on my wall at home.

Then I met the guys from Yes and Nidecker for some dinner and beer.

I decided to stay one extra day in Yokohama, just because I really like this city better than Tokyo.

The Aloha feeling is strong here.

Even got some skateboarding in the last day before heading back to Tokyo.

BIRTHDAYS ARE HARD

We decided to celebrate both mine and Torps birthday, and it got a little crazy.

Me and Torpy.

Stared the day with some riding at another resort.

HAKUBA

First day of snowboarding was sunny and nice. Snow was still good, and we had some good runs.

Bianca and me

Shared a room with Bianca the first days. We know each other from Bergen and some of the other guys joining the trip.

SNOWBOARDING IN NAGANO

My first days in Tokyo was just about relaxing and eating some well missed good japanese food at my all favorite vegan joint at Tokyo Station. T’s Tan Tan Ramen.

Then I met up with the rest of the crew to take the Shinkansen to Nagano.

After about 4 hours of travelling, we finally arrived at Kodama Lodge in Hakuba, Nagano.
