I usually don’t put up pictures of food, but this one was way too good not to be shared. Totally hooked on Raw Food lately.

1. Make some “noodles” out of zucchini and carrots. Soak them in a little bit of sea salt while making the sauses.
2. TOMATO SAUS; tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes in oil, chili, bell pepper, fresh basil, chick peas, onion and garlic. Mix it all in a blender til it’s smooth.
3. CURRY SAUS; cashew nuts, chili, cauliflower, tumeric, some squeezed lime, garlic, small amount of chick peas and a pinch of cinnamon. Also mix in blender, but only til it’s chopped. 

Serve with a half avokado and sprinkle with some spring onion.

Sometimes you need changes. Been thinking about this for so long, and finally I manage to book in with the lovely Alice to cover up/blast over some old stuff on my arm. Kept some of it, but nice to see it kleened up a bit.

Been spending the last days in the mountains with my family. Been snowboarding, skiing and hiking. Don’t wan’t the season to end just yet!!!

Tried to take a walk today. It’s been some painful days after the surgery. Been dazing between sleeping and beeing high on painkillers.

I am scared to go back to Oslo tomorrow. Scared to go back to real life. Scared to see all the people that pretend that they care, but only wants to know when they can get some more tattoos booked in. The pain is still unbearable. Wish I had some more recovery time…

But, laying in bed for 5 days is really not my thing either.. Getting restless, and hoping that this surgery is going to improve my life a lot!
